ITINERARY
The town square at Vidrà. We leave on the road from Siuret. We follow this road until, on a descent, we reach a track on the right which leads to Sant Bertomeu de Covildases. We ride along a section of the valley of the river Ges and then the track turns to the left, going along the left bank of the stream of Vila-Vella. The main track takes us up to the hermitage and the farmhouse.

Once at the farmhouse, we cross the fence used to keep livestock in. The track, with an uneven surface, heads to the right and then rises up to the left. After passing a water tank, we go past a track on the left. We then find a path which goes up to Puigsacalm from the Collada de Bracons. We follow this to the left until reaching the water fountain of Font Tornadissa. We continue up to the meadows.

To reach Pugsacalm it’s necessary to head to the right, riding in parallel to the fence which encloses the meadows, until we reach a gate and, on the other side, a path which goes to the base of the peak. The final stretch has to be done on foot.

We go back down the track to the meadows and continue alongside the fence until Coll de Manter. We go through a gate and continue along the track on the other side of the fence until reaching Pla Traver and the mountain pass of Coll de Siuret. Once over the pass we go along the road to the right which rises up to Collfred. The road goes round the hill of Turó del Puig de la Creu and, immediately afterwards, we take a track on the left in the direction of Milany. After the pass of Puig de l’Abric we come to a clearly visible junction (there’s an old trailer here) which takes us back down, following the Torrent de les Fonts, to the road from Siuret to Vidrà.
