From the square where the church of Sant Feliu is located, we leave along the street of Sant Llorenç in direction to El Pujol. When We?ve passed this neighbourhood we arrive at a small pass and we continue straight. In the middle of the descent we continue for the main trail to the left, to the bottom of the valley. From the square where the church of Sant Feliu is located, we leave along the street of Sant Llorenç in direction to El Pujol. When We’ve passed this neighbourhood we arrive at a small pass and we continue straight. In the middle of the descent we continue for the main trail to the left, to the bottom of the valley. We cross the Riera de Montalat and we begin the ascent to The Mountain range of l'Estela. When we’ve passed the house in ruins of Ca n' Olives of Manol and always by the main trail, we let three deviations to the left: the last one is the one that goes to the Mas Estela.
We arrive at the careening of the Mountain range where the trail goes in Western direction. We arrive at a pass with several options and we continue straight letting two trails to the left. Attention, after a quick descent we have to leave the trail that continues and to take another one to the right, almost in the opposite direction, with PR signals. We arrive at a point with a monolith that indicates that we are in the farm of Les Vinyes, where we continue straight following the PR signs.
We avoid a trail to the right, we descend to a pass where we leave the main trail and the PR signs taking another one to the left. We avoid a trail, not too clear one, to the left, in ascent. In the lowering we leave two consecutive trails to the left before arriving at the hermitage of Sant Miquel of the Cirera. When we’ve passed the hermitage we leave a trail to the right and we begin a long descent to the bottom of the valley of the River Manol. We cross the river and we turn to the left in the following fork. We arrive to a better trail and further, to another one; in the two we turn right. We mend a section to another fork where we rotate to the left. The trail, comfortable and rolled has GR signs that we follow to the end.
